Merging into stable to test on Lucyna.

Merging into stable to test on Lucyna.
Implement Provider for Brew, Nix, Porg with icons, detect, and list (PORG log heuristic, PORG_LOG_DIR support)
Add detect_all() and colored output for detect/list
CLI subcommands: detect, list, search, info, env, sys-info (--verbose)
Initialize Tokio runtime and run CLI in main
